1. Digital Product Nature

Some products sold on themeshopbd.com are digital downloads (such as WordPress themes, plugins, scripts, etc.). Once a digital product is downloaded or accessed, it is considered “used” and non-returnable.

2. No Refund Policy (Default)

By default, we do not offer refunds for digital products once the purchase is completed unless the product is:

Defective and non-functional, and
You have contacted our support team, and
We are unable to resolve the issue within 3 business days

Please ensure you’ve read the product description, system requirements, and demo (if available) before purchasing.

3. Exceptions – When a Refund May Be Considered

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

The item is not as described (based on the product page and features).
The product has critical technical issues that prevent it from functioning as promised.
You have contacted our support within 72 hours of purchase, and we couldn’t resolve the issue.

Refunds will not be issued if:

You change your mind after purchase.
You no longer need the product.
Your system/server does not meet the product requirements.
You purchased by mistake or didn’t read the product details.

5. License & Activation Issues

If you are having trouble with product installation or license activation:

Please contact support first — most issues can be solved quickly.
Refunds will not be issued due to failure to install, unless proven that the product is broken or non-functional.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you file a dispute or chargeback without contacting us first:

Your account and access to all products will be permanently suspended.
We reserve the right to submit documentation to the payment gateway to resolve the dispute in our favor.
